Installation and Use Guide

To ensure maximum stability from your FlexiMag 360°, correct installation is essential. Please follow these steps for optimal performance.

Step 1: Choose the Right Surface

The suction cup mechanism is very powerful but works only on a perfectly smooth, non-porous, and clean surface.

• Compatible Surfaces ✅:

  • Car windshields

  • Dashboards (only the smooth, non-textured plastic sections)

  • Glass or smooth metal desks

  • Mirrors

  • Kitchen countertops (marble, smooth tile)

• Surfaces to Avoid ❌:

  • Leather, textured, or grainy dashboards

  • Silicone, fabric, or soft-touch/matte finish phone cases

  • Any surface that is porous, curved, or not perfectly flat.

Pro-Tip: Before installation, wipe both the surface and the suction cup with a clean cloth to remove any dust or grease.

Step 2: If Your Phone Case Is Not Smooth (Using the Metal Ring)

If your phone case surface is not smooth, use the provided adhesive metal ring. It will create the perfect base for the holder.

1. Clean a flat area in the center of your phone case.

2. Stick the adhesive ring firmly onto the case.

3. Wait 10 minutes to ensure a full bond before using the holder.

4. You can now attach the holder's suction cup directly onto this ring.

Step 3: Installing the Holder (The Locking Mechanism)

This is the most important step for maximum hold.

1. Position: Firmly press the holder's suction cup against the clean, smooth surface (or onto the metal ring).

2. Lock: Turn the dial at the base of the holder clockwise. You will feel the resistance increase; this is normal. Keep turning until the dial is very firm and cannot be easily turned further. The suction cup is now vacuum-locked, ensuring maximum hold.

Step 4: Adjusting and Removing

• Adjusting the Angle: To guarantee your phone remains perfectly stable, the adjustment arm is intentionally rigid and requires firm pressure to be moved. This robust design ensures that your phone, even a heavy one, stays exactly in your chosen position without tilting.

• Removing the Holder (Easy, No Force Needed):

  1. Unlock: Turn the dial counter-clockwise to release the vacuum pressure.

  2. Pull the Tab: Simply pull on the small tab located on the edge of the rubber suction cup. The holder will release instantly and effortlessly. DO NOT pull on the main body of the holder to remove it.

Quick Troubleshooting

• My holder won’t stick or keeps falling off.

  • Likely Cause: The surface is not perfectly smooth or clean.

  • Solution: Ensure the surface is listed under "Compatible Surfaces ✅". Clean both the surface and the suction cup before trying again. If using a phone case, ensure it is smooth or use the provided metal ring.

• The adjustment arm is stiff and hard to move.

  • Likely Cause: This is normal and by design. Its stiffness is what keeps your phone stable.

  • Solution: Apply firm, steady pressure to position the arm exactly where you want it. You will not break it.
