Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Our goal is to make the process as easy and transparent as possible.
Interpretation and Definitions
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SmartnooS.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to SmartnooS, accessible from https://smartnoos.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
1. Our 30-Day Return Policy (for Regular-Priced Items)
We offer a 30-day return window for all regular-priced items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Conditions for a Return:
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).
How to Start a Return (Free for Regular-Priced Items):
To make a return, please email our customer service team at info@smartnoos.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to make your return free and easy.
2. Returns for Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are also eligible for return within the same 30-day window and under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
Please note: For sale or promotional items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To return a sale item, please contact us at info@smartnoos.com. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
How to Report an Issue:
Please send an email to info@smartnoos.com and include the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- A photo or short video showing the defect or damage.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. All shipping costs related to the return of a defective item and the shipment of a replacement will be fully covered by SmartnooS.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Gift cards.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will be issued directly to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card or PayPal account) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note, for all "change of mind" returns (both regular and sale items), the original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@smartnoos.com. The easiest way to process an exchange is to follow the return procedure for the original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
7. Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a unique gift card code will be emailed to you. In compliance with applicable state laws, this gift credit does not expire.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
